Yezzi Yezzir is a multi-talented creative, visionary leader, and proud founder of Hey Sis UK. Born and raised in London, England to Nigerian parents, Yezzi has carved out a bold and authentic path that bridges culture, community, and creativity all while shining a much-needed light on the Black British experience.

A trailblazer with a diverse creative portfolio, Yezzi is not only a musician and songwriter, but also a music consultant with an impressive track record of developing emerging talent and shaping soundscapes behind the scenes. Her love for the arts is matched by her sharp intellect  she holds a Law degree, balancing both structure and soul in everything she does.

You may also recognise her voice from the airwaves Yezzi is an engaging radio presenter, using her platform to spark honest conversations, spotlight underrepresented voices, and entertain with her signature energy and insight.

Through Hey Sis UK, Yezzi has built a safe, empowering space for Black women to connect, heal, and grow. What began as a community podcast has expanded into a wider movement blending sisterhood, storytelling, and advocacy to inspire the next generation.

Her journey is one of passion, perseverance, and purpose  and she continues to lead with heart, always aiming to break ceilings and open doors for others along the way.
